Returned the car just yesterday, so not sure if there will be any issues later. However, for now, the service attitude seems quite good. At the airport, you might need to wait for the shuttle for 1-30 minutes since there's just one vehicle for transfers. If the shuttle has just left, you’ll need to wait. We waited for 15 minutes this time. The same applies when returning to the airport. We used an Australian driver’s license and didn’t need to use a credit card to pick up the car.

I booked a Kia MPV but got a Hyundai instead. The vehicle's quality and condition were okay, but not as good as the Kia I originally wanted. During my trip in Sydney, I finally got the Kia MPV, which was noticeably better than the Hyundai.

Extremely satisfied

Rented the car in Melbourne and returned it in Sydney, which was quite convenient and trouble-free. The staff in Sydney were very polite. The gentleman in Melbourne, a Caucasian, might not have had enough sleep as he didn't smile at all. We got an MG and were specifically told to use 95-octane petrol. However, we couldn't find any 95 on the way, so we used 98 instead. When we arrived in Sydney, the staff there told us 91 was fine.

The girl at the reception was somewhat friendly. However, her company has serious problems. I'm talking about core values. This issue has led the company to adopt the worst strategy possible—renting out very old cars with over 135,000 kilometers on them. This caused my car to break down after just 100 kilometers from the store! I've been renting cars worldwide for over 25 years and have rented from almost every rental company. No rental company dares to do this. That night, I missed dinner and had to make do with pizza. I almost missed my booked motel as well!
