Enjoyed car that was in decent condition but the shuttle bus was unpleasant due to broken a/c

The whole experience was amazing. The only issue was that they were closed for midnight till 5:00 a.m. and my flight was delayed and arrived at 1:00 a.m. Other than that the service was great the car exceeded my expectations it was new and had fancy electronics in it. The return was super easy took 2 minutes and I was out of there and the shuttle took me to the airport right away.

This is a great booking platform, everything is super simple. I had to cancel the reservation and there was no problem at all.

The experience was good but the car had an odor that took several days for it to disappear.

Everything was great! I even emailed a question the day of my trip and was sent a response in a timely matter.

Very slow pickup by the shuttle. I watched multiple shuttles go by for the competing brands before 1 FOX shuttle finally showed up. At least a 20 minute wait. Check in was quick with no one in line, friendly staff. After check in had to wait another 10 minutes for the car to be brought up for me to accept.

The pick up process took a while, it seemed they had to input all info into computer, when I had done it previously on line.

On receipt told to go to lane 7, not easily marked to find. Once found car wasn’t there and wasn’t ready. Had to find someone in lot to help us. Counter staff knowledge was poor, customer care service poor.
