Customer service very poor when we check in and when we did the check out everything appeared good, the fuel take was full as we filled the tank before arrived, however we were charged with 12£ a few days later. I would definitely not recommend europcar.

“The information to rent the car I wanted where incorrect”

I was absolutely surprised that to rent the car I booked I would have needed two credit card. It wasn't mentioned anywhere on QEEQ.COM (the 3rd parties where I booked the car) and I had to take what I was allowed to instead of what I paid for.

I booked a Peugeot 208 or similar and received a Skoda Fabia + A very short walk and easy access to rental station at Verona Airport. + At the counter service was smooth. + Third party insurance was accepted without further questions. + The final invoice was received very quickly - The staff did not present or check the car during pick-up or drop-off. - The fuel policy was full-to-full but tank was 7/8 at pick-up. - The car made vibration when driving over 80kph

“A good pick, worth the money”

Like: Nice and brand new car. Logic of truck s strange.
Dislike: Child seat is quite overpriced. Getting a car took forever, over an hour, though there was no queue and car was prebooked.
