Check in process was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly. Airport is small so car was easy to find and return. There were a few issues: the car interior was dirty and stunk of pot and cigars upon pick up. The exterior had a few more dings and dents than a usual rental and the the tires needed alignment. When the car reached 70mph, it would shake. The speed limit on the highway in NM can be 75 in some locations but we just couldn’t drive that fast. Also, it appears I was charged an additional $6.51 for something when I returned the car but I have no idea what this was for as the description was vague & I only received an e-receipt a couple of hours later when I was no longer at the airport.

I only inquired about whether insurance was needed and whether the car should be returned with a full tank, other than that they didn't bother me with unnecessary details, which was nice. As for the car model, the staff selects it for you (with company A, you can choose a car of the same specifications in the parking area yourself). If you have specific model requirements, you might want to ask when they confirm your order. I used to always go with company A because they had an automated pickup machine which saved dealing with staff. This time, I found out that the automated machine was shut down, and I had to wait in line to talk to the staff.

The service from the store staff was very enthusiastic. My English is limited, so communication was a bit difficult, but with brief language and mobile translation, we managed to complete the pickup smoothly. It was right after my birthday on the day I picked up the car, and the staff wished me a happy birthday, which showed their thoughtfulness and friendliness. Because this store is close to my home, this was my second time renting a car here, and I will return next time.

Went to the East location. The worker stayed on the phone talking about personal drama for 6 minutes while I waited to be acknowledged (even had the other person on speaker phone!!!). When he was done with his incredibly unprofessional personal call he was so rude I decided to leave and go rent from Minards for the day instead. Didn't even use the vehicle due to the staff. Will forever stick with Enterprise after the experience.
