The pick-up and drop-off process was fairly smooth. The company is very trustworthy. While they suggested upgrading the vehicle and insurance, there was absolutely no pressure. Just remember to take photos of any car blemishes during pick-up to avoid any disputes when returning the car.

Waited in line for 40 minutes around 9 AM; only one person was helping customers. I booked a Ford Escape but got a Jeep Renegade! Are they even in the same class? An SUV that can't fit two 24-inch suitcases in the trunk! It's clear why they kept pushing me to upgrade the car! When I declined, they gave me this piece of junk. The agent spent two minutes asking if I wanted to upgrade without even looking at me once. When I said no, she coldly handed me the keys without another word.

Quick pickup process; staff were friendly and enthusiastic; paperwork was handled smoothly.

I originally booked a FUSION, but I got a Volkswagen Passat instead, and it was only 6 months old. The car's condition was excellent and I was very satisfied.
