Convenient and quick car pickup.

Since I arrived early in the morning, there was only one staff member, but the process was quick and I had my car within ten minutes. However, one minor issue was the tolls on the highway, which could be paid either in cash or via the ETC system. I wasn't informed about this at the time. Fortunately, my friend saw an English instruction in the rental information indicating that I could use ETC and the fee would be charged to my credit card, so I was able to proceed smoothly.

Delighted with the whole experience from beginning to end. Normally with other rental companies at Orlando I have to wait 1 hour plus
