On the second day after picking up the car, I noticed that the lower part of the front passenger door panel was loose, to the point where I hesitated to close the door for fear of making it worse. I took photos and reported it to both QEEQ and Avis. After 7 days, I returned the car without any issues. I had purchased full insurance, so I’m not sure whether it would have been a problem if I was uninsured. I recommend everyone to carefully inspect the car when picking it up.

The initially provided car had too many miles, the engine made strange noises, and the windshield wipers didn’t work properly. Later, they replaced it with a newer car with 5700 miles.

The service was good, although the queue was quite long at times. The car I initially got had a tire pressure issue, but the store quickly replaced it after I drove back the next day.
