Remember to take photos and videos when picking up the car. Upon returning the car, a slight scratch was found on the tailgate, but luckily I had video evidence proving it was already there when I picked up the car. Everything else went smoothly. Around a week after returning the car, the pre-authorization for toll fees was canceled.

Their rental system is strange and I have never tried it before, as the car is operated using a tracking card and there are fees on it when the car is delivered, and the experience will not be repeated.
