The car model provided was not the same as the one reserved, and they did not inform me at the time of pickup. Since I needed to cross the border after picking up the car, I researched extensively and found this company to be relatively convenient and capable of meeting the cross-border requirements. Overall, it was quite good. The car was in great condition, and the staff responded to WhatsApp messages promptly. Fines were handled quickly as well. This company allows their cars to be driven to Oman, so if you plan to visit both the UAE and Oman, you can only rent from this company.
