Their rental system is strange and I have never tried it before, as the car is operated using a tracking card and there are fees on it when the car is delivered, and the experience will not be repeated.

Overall, it was quite good. The car was in great condition, and the staff responded to WhatsApp messages promptly. Fines were handled quickly as well. This company allows their cars to be driven to Oman, so if you plan to visit both the UAE and Oman, you can only rent from this company.

Overall, it was quite good, but when traveling to Oman for border crossing procedures, we had to return to the airport, which temporarily altered our plans for the day. It took at least an hour and a half to obtain the NOC certificate, forcing us to pay an additional parking fee of 40 dirhams, which was indeed puzzling.
