Customer service asked if we wanted to buy insurance, I said we already did, so they didn't push any further. Communication was fairly smooth. At the store, an €800 pre-authorization was charged to our card. Any fines or additional fees during the rental period would be deducted from this amount. However, I'm not sure how long it will take to process. I forgot to ask when returning the car. It would be great if QEEQ could help track the progress. Another incident was after refueling, the steering wheel locked and we couldn't move it, nor could we shift gears. We were scared, thinking the car was broken. The gas station staff couldn't help and told us to contact towing services ourselves. QEEQ customer service also advised us to contact the rental office. Other drivers at the gas station could only tell us what the dashboard indicators meant but didn't know how to fix it. While preparing to call for towing service, I searched for solutions on Xiaohongshu and managed to solve the problem myself. Almost lost a few hundred euros.

Overall service was good, but the price was a bit high, nearly three thousand for 4 days. The car was in great condition.
