The service was satisfactory, but I was not happy with the Ford Everest model. I originally booked a Toyota Prado and was given the Everest as a replacement. Although the vehicle is large, its interior space is cramped. The floor near the left foot in the driver's cabin protrudes, making long drives very uncomfortable. Additionally, the Everest uses a diesel engine, which provides adequate power for starting off but is noticeably underpowered on the highway. Accelerating and overtaking with the 2.0 diesel engine is challenging.

Overall good, but there were too many people picking up cars in the morning, and I had to wait in line for 40 minutes. The staff was very polite and helpful. The car was very new, with only over 2,000 kilometers driven when I got it.

The staff at the parking lot were quite nice. There was a big guy with glasses who helped us with our luggage and placed it in the trunk. Since the trunk of the GLA was too small, we asked if we could switch cars. After some back and forth, we ended up sticking with the GLA and put another large suitcase in the front passenger seat. His attitude was very friendly and patient despite the hassle. Another staff member, wearing a yellow vest, helped us with the child seat we rented. He patiently demonstrated how to use it and, after realizing the buckle was not secure, put in a lot of effort to re-fasten it securely. We are very grateful to these two staff members! Car was great, disappointed that they tried to charge us extra for an extra driver. I've never had that before and if there was going to be an extra charge that should have been transparent either on your site or theirs.

It definitely met our expectations!
