A very satisfying car rental experience. The car was in excellent condition and very new.

The car provided is good, except the Add Blue was almost finish, so I have to topup along the route. I forgor to claim for reimbursement

The service attitude at the store was pretty good, there were no upsells, and there was no waiting in line. However, we were very dissatisfied with the handling of the accident aftermath. The accident was entirely the other party's fault, yet they still charged us £1500 when returning the car. It's been over three months since we returned home and we have yet to get our money back, with the excuse that the other party’s insurance has not compensated them.

The staff is very responsive and nice, and the picking and return process are very smooth. They can allow us to pick the more suitable one for my family at spot.
