The service is quite standardized, but it's important to carefully listen to the staff's explanation. They might upgrade your vehicle, and I agreed without fully understanding, but it turned out to be worth it. I got a Camry instead of a Corolla for just a little over 200 per day.
Counter service was excellent as didnt have to waitlong plus car was ready for pick upafter paperwork was completed. Returning of car was very sressful due to accident on the M1 waited in traffic for over 2 1/2 hours to get thru, then time was very short for the transfer to Airport, apond that didnt have time to refuel, receiving gentleman was excellant ,plus told of fuel requirement, but no time to catch plane times. Regards.
All good except too much hard selling of the insurance to Reduce our excess from Aud4500 to Aud500. Lady was disappointed when we said no & keep on saying the risk is ours to take .
