It went smoothly.

The return service was relatively satisfactory, but the pickup service left much to be desired. An elderly lady during the pickup process was quite impatient. She became visibly annoyed when asked about the discrepancy between the vehicle model and the name of the bank collecting the payment versus the rental company listed on the order. Additionally, the 1000 EUR deposit was not reflected in the contract, which led to further inquiries from the customer, to which she responded with irritation. She even mentioned canceling the rental without the customer's consent and sarcastically asked if this was the customer's first time renting a car. Since the pickup occurred late and the customer was already fatigued from a long journey, the poor rental experience affected the mood of the trip. Greater caution will be exercised when selecting a vehicle model and rental company in the future.

The pickup process was great, with efficiency being quite fast.

The service was great, no upselling, and the staff were very professional.

When we got to the pickup desk we were told that the car type we booked was not available and were offered a Fiat 500 as a substitute which was no good as I needed space for my wheelchair which is why we had booked the car type in the first place we were charged additionally for a Dacia Duster.
