Great car, was a smooth drive and very comfortable

Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

Chaotic organization, 90 minutes needed for return, inefficient shuttle, 4 person van instead of mini-bus. Almost missed my flight due to all of this. The good thing was I got upgrade from sedan to SUV, but the car was not clean, remnants of a For Sale sticker on the passenger window. Apperently the car was a recently purchased used car but it performed well.

The pick up took 2 hours and 10 phone calls. No one gave me a solution and left me waiting outside from 9pm to 11pm after landing . The office people kept apologizing but didn’t solve my issue. Then, the driver said “I never saw you “ and once we were at the counter no compensation was offered even after I asked to add the 2nd driver for free due to all the trouble cause.
