It took them 35 minutes to pick me up from the airport and 45 minutes to process me and handed me a dirty car... Stuff from previous renter was still in the car. The windshield was extremely dirty.

The location has easy access to YVR behind Costco a very busy area all day, the checking in was busy, but the property is too small for all the cars being rented, so it was difficult to exit the parking area and it took 20 minutes to move the cars around before you could leave. The best deal was the weekly price so thanks, I will be back.

Girls on the front desk they need to be polite with clients. Terrible front desk service.

Staff were friendly and proficient, although understaffed at counter resulting in a long wait after an already long day.

Like: I was surprised what that I paid so little for a good car. Everyone else was 2 times as expensive.
