Excellent

Initially given a 7-seater MPV, which was too large. After repeated requests, they switched to the Nissan SUV I originally booked, but the fuel tank was less than half full. I returned it at the same level. Normally, it's full tank when picking up and returning the car, which made me a bit uneasy. The pick-up and drop-off point was a bit far from the airport, but the shuttle bus took only 7 minutes, which was quite convenient.

difficult to deal with off property location. Slow pick up time ( rush hour) . Not clear where pick up is. I've never had anyone make me PROVE I had insurance for rentals. Luckily I had all documentation with me. Found that part to be offensive.

Driver from airport made quite disturbing comments about people’s race and seemed to very much dislike anyone from Toronto. It was uncomfortable being with him in the pickup and return vehicle. Also, car wasn’t washed and there was quite a bit of damage that wasn’t recorded until I pointed it out. Construction at the Routes site was terrible and driver did not ask to help with the bags even though the gravel made luggage wheels unusable.

They never picked up their phone upon my arrival in Ottawa. Free shuttle never happened. Never again.

Like: I was upgraded as vehicles had not been returned by other clients. Was a very good experience.
Dislike: Had to call three times to get picked up - 1st time I was told right away, 20 minutes later I was told on way and 1/2 hour was told that no one had told the driver there was a pick up waiting - was picked up 45 minutes after first calling.
