Counter staff were helpful - no wait time aside from signing documents. Shuttle driver was very friendly and funny. Car was in great condition and clean.

Like: I was upgraded as vehicles had not been returned by other clients. Was a very good experience.
Dislike: Had to call three times to get picked up - 1st time I was told right away, 20 minutes later I was told on way and 1/2 hour was told that no one had told the driver there was a pick up waiting - was picked up 45 minutes after first calling.
