The wait time to pick up the car was extremely long. The car was in poor condition, the tires were misaligned, and it was not given to us with a full tank, making refueling very inconvenient when returning the car.

Pickup process was too slow, it took almost an hour to get the car after arriving at the store. Why can't they clean the car in advance? It was nearly dark by the time we got to Torquay.

The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.
