Smooth and time efficient car rental

The car was a bit of a up grade which was unexpected but good. Staff were courteous and help full. Still waiting on my deposit return but I am sure it will come as vehicle returned in same condition as picked up and tolls or traffic infringements

Booking was easy and straight forward

Car condition really good, my advise to everyone make the video when you receive the car from them and ask them to share the pics with you. They don’t have proper record end of the day they will blame on you.

My experience so far good.

Car rental company did not have the specific car Audi Q5, even though booking says it is for specific car model. Nevertheless, counter staff offer free upgrade to Q7. Although he was holding the Q7 car key, but he cannot locate the Q7 in the car lots. In the end, I settled for a Volvo XC60 parked just right outside of the reception. To my surprise, the counter staff just blank out the printed text “Audi Q5” with correction tape on my rental agreement paper! And write over it “XC40”! He reasssured me this is fine. Now I know why the Q5 and Q7 are missing from the car park lot.

Beside not having the booth outside the airport, this had been cumbersome.

Exceed expectation. Helpful customer service & they provide great explanation. It would be better if Aucar has more branches in other cities in Australia.
