Response time is extremely slow. Problems are not resolved in a timely manner. Each query takes several hours for a reply. The staff at pickup and drop-off were mediocre in attitude. They did not explain the car's features. I rented the car for over ten days without music; only on the last day did I hear back about returning the car a day early without a refund. If I were to rate them, it would barely pass with a 60.

The store is far from the airport, shuttle service is not timely, the provided vehicle did not match the booked car category, the car was in poor condition with many visible damages, which led to disputes during return and even attempts to blame me for pre-existing damages

“It all went smoothly!”

The Aucar staff were professional and very helpful, arranged to collect us from the airport hotel following a flight delay. As we were too late to collect our car on the booking day Aucar were happy for us to delay the pick up until the following morning.

The head office staff in the US were superb. They dealt with our issue quickly and effectively when our fight was cancelled and we were unable to collect our car as per the booking. Through emails and telephone calls they kept us updated which we sincerely appreciated.
