Car was severely damaged from previous rentals (cosmetic only) and was in a poor condition. Windscreen chips /cracks should have resulted in a new windscreen being fitted. Oil warning light was on and we were advised the firm didn't have the equipment to take it off. No clear policy on what constitutes damage or not (even when the car is quite damaged already). No deposit taken for car.

The pick up process was unorganised and rushed. The interior of the car was clean, however the car had a significant amount of dents already. There was no snow chains available. Charged $12 for shuttle from airport- this should be complimentary.

I wish there was an up-sell of insurance - not that I needed to claim anything but I would have gone for it.

My overall experience was good, but sadly I was told by staff to pay around 12 bucks for something like location fees. In the confirmation e-mail by easyrentcars.com I had been told before that no additional money was due at pick-up.

I hired the car based on "Model Gauranteed". The Prius in the picture was completely different to the car we received. Ours was an old model with a bumper falling off and marks all over it. My struggle is, we get charged a $2000 excess on crash damage. With the marks on the car why were they not repaired using the excess people would have had to pay for the damage. Why does the car still appear in poor condition?
