That made us very late for a funeral we were attending, so it was irritating to find the car had to be moved from the back of the garage, necessitating the moving of other vehicles. The premises are far too small.

I hired the car based on "Model Gauranteed". The Prius in the picture was completely different to the car we received. Ours was an old model with a bumper falling off and marks all over it. My struggle is, we get charged a $2000 excess on crash damage. With the marks on the car why were they not repaired using the excess people would have had to pay for the damage. Why does the car still appear in poor condition?
