The shuttle service was prompt, but note that the communication phone line is in English.

The car rental location was easy to find, the process was simple, and returning the car was hassle-free. The handover was smooth and efficient, leaving a good impression.

Good service attitude, no queues.

Like: The vehicle new, clean and had very low milage on the tachometer.
Dislike: Nothing

Like: Friendly and chatty staff - nice relaxed and efficient atmosphere. Reassuringly clean office and vehicles.
Dislike: Don't like the insurance up-sell. Not sure if the vehicle was limited to North Island use only. Didn't matter on this trip as only intended to stay on North Island - just not sure what the implication would have been if we wanted/had time to visit South Island.
