You can walk to the counter of GO Rentals - Wellington Domestic Airport car rental.

Our Wellington Airport branch is conveniently located inside the Airport Terminal. Upon arrival, head downstairs to the ground floor, turn right and make your way to the rental car hall. Look for our bright pink GO Rentals sign where our friendly team member will check you in and get you heading off on your New Zealand adventure. For a faster and smoother pick-up experience, we encourage you to complete your online check-in before arriving at the branch. Simply download the GO Rentals App via: https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app/ After downloading the app: Register an account and enter your personal information. Add your booking by entering your reservation number. Follow the prompts to access and complete the Online Check-in process.

Drop-off Instructions

When you enter the airport, follow the signs for ‘Rental Cars’. Turn right into the Rental Cars carpark building and simply park your vehicle in any one of our GO Rentals designated parking areas in Rows C and D. Head into the airport building through Door G on the ground floor. Turn left and you’ll be able to find us in the rental car hall. Return your key to one of our friendly team members at the counter. Alternatively place your key inside the drop-off box located in the right corner of the desk.
