Check-in at www.moderentals.co.nz/check-in is recommended at least two hours before pick-up. If your pick-up is after-hours, check-in is mandatory at least two hours before the end of business day. Once you have collected your bags and cleared customs, please call us on (04) 213 8938 to order your shuttle. To meet your shuttle, exit the terminal through the main door G on the ground floor near the baggage collection. Turn right, walk along the path for about 100 meters and follow the sign for Car Rental Shuttles.

    Service was really thoughtful. I was on the last red-eye into Wellington and had to catch an early ferry to the South Island the next morning, but the pickup time was long past their office hours. The rental company left the keys and car at the Z supermarket next to the airport and arranged for the staff there to hand everything over so I could just grab the car and go in the middle of the night. QEEQ and the rental company even called the next day to confirm I’d picked up the car. Super responsible and I really appreciate it.
