After entering the store, I scanned the code to get a number. The process was fairly quick. Took some time to find the car, but later a staff member helped locate it.

Overall, the service was good. The staff member who assisted with the car pickup was very patient and spoke good English. The return service was okay, but the staff seemed a bit impatient due to the language barrier and the large crowd.

The experience was excellent, although there were quite a few people in line to pick up the car. Everything was explained clearly, the car was very new with only a little over two thousand kilometers. They suggested we add insurance, but they let it go when we insisted. Returning the car was simple, no need to clean the car as long as the tank was full. Overall, very satisfied! Will choose this rental company again next time in Spain.

The staff was good and very helpful in the counter and drop off. My only two "remark' are that I booked a Renault Megane and equivalent. And, I have a Fiat Tipo that I do not think it is at the same level. the second one is that one of the shuttle drivers did help us with the luggage.
