The staff's attitude was acceptable, but they didn't review our order carefully. Since we are over 60 and don't understand foreign languages, the staff used a translation app on their phone to try and upsell us to a larger car with additional costs. We were bewildered because our reservation clearly specified the car model, and they had the car, yet they wanted us to upgrade? We were confused and didn't accept the offer. Eventually, they gave us a car completely different from what we had reserved. We were supposed to get a manual, five-seater, four-door small car, but instead, we got a two-door, four-seater micro car. This caused many problems for our trip. With a 1.2L engine, it couldn't handle steep hills, and passengers had to get out and walk. With three of us traveling, getting in and out of the car was very inconvenient. This trip was really disappointing. Within two hours of renting the car, we realized it didn't match our reservation. As we couldn't return to the rental office, we called QEEQ to raise our concerns, but they haven't resolved it yet. We hope for a satisfactory response soon to maintain your company's good reputation.

Fast processing, free upgrade

We waited an hour and a half to get the car it was chaos . The time some people where at the desk was purely down to Europacar trying to sell them extras. One family where at a desk for 35 min and other individuals took 15 to 20 min each crazy when I got to the desk I got my cat in 5 min so the management of the customers at the desk was the issue. It ruined my plans for the day as we where so delayed. .

Really bad experience charged my bank card for a random amount which is still unexplained. This is fraud. Pushy rude staff with no manners. Will never use them again

Took over 90 mins to make booking, no prior notification that DVLA code required, wrong name on booking - a nightmare.
