Got a free udgrade which was very much appreciated. The car was great and the pick up process at the counter incredibly quick. Not sure if this was because I had signed up for the Budget Quick Pass but it really worked. Faultless service and car.

Never used before but impressed so far. Like the idea the website continues to look for a better price after booking, although yet to see this work in practice.

I was disappointed that the service desk tried to fob me off with a 2 door Fiat 500 even though I had booked and paid for a 4 door Ford Fiesta or similar. So frustrating that almost every time the rental company tries to persuade you to take a car that is a lower specification than the one you have booked in advance and paid for in advance!! Trying to charge £14 per day for a satnav and £10 per day for an additional driver is just ridiculous. If the prices were more reasonable I’m sure your customer would be tempted to boost your profits via these “add ins” but because you are greedy and overcharge for them I’m sure that most people like me don’t bother..

Like: The service was brilliant, the staff were some helpful and friendly. I don't think I could say anything negative about the overall experience. Very happy customer.
Dislike: I'm not sure if it is a negative or not but the staff are so laid back that when I found a dent on the car at pick up they said it's something that happens and ticked it off my form and not theirs. I wasn't picked up on it at drop off though so I guess they are all fairly level headed with the process of it all. Very happy with everything!
