The system clearly showed available cars, but the American girl insisted we upgrade. We specifically went to the parking lot to take photos as evidence, and only then did we get the Camaro. The service was excellent, and returning the car was very convenient. However, the wait time for processing the paperwork was a bit long. Upon arriving at the store, I spent $30 to upgrade to a Jeep SUV. Initially, they asked for $50, but seeing our hesitation, they immediately reduced it by $20.
