The process was long and they took advantage of the fact that English is not our native language. They said there would be no extra charges on our package, but we ended up signing anyway. They even asked us to give them the pickup slip, and when we returned the car, we found out we were charged $81.52 for insurance. Who would buy insurance worth almost half the prepaid amount of $189?
