However, when returning the car, the staff specifically checked the underside of the car by hand and claimed there was a scratch, charging 70 euros for it. That area is typically not inspected during pickup, so it was hard to explain the reason. It felt like an unavoidable situation. Fortunately, I applied for insurance reimbursement, and QEEQ assisted promptly in handling it.
