The pickup process and vehicle condition were great. Returning the car was a terrible experience.

Customer service was okay during pickup, but not afterwards.

The counter staff is quite old, their proficiency is poor, and their attitude is very bad.

1. There was no information indicating an additional airport fee of 21 euros; 2. At the airport, I was informed that I was not old enough to drive the specified model, which contradicts the information in the app; 3. When placing the order, it was mentioned that a phone holder would be provided, but there was none upon picking up the car; 4. The service staff had an accent which made the experience very unpleasant;
