I rent cars frequently; it's okay.

Couldn't find the pickup location, and later confirmed the car was not delivered to the scheduled pickup point.

Service attitude was very average, they overcharged us a lot, disgusting

1. There was no information indicating an additional airport fee of 21 euros; 2. At the airport, I was informed that I was not old enough to drive the specified model, which contradicts the information in the app; 3. When placing the order, it was mentioned that a phone holder would be provided, but there was none upon picking up the car; 4. The service staff had an accent which made the experience very unpleasant;
