Firstly, the phone was not answered, and there are several store locations which can be confusing. Additionally, there are hidden charges; be cautious as the insurance charges are applied twice and are non-refundable, which is extremely frustrating. I like the auto rebook feature which keeps checking if the price has dropped and automatically redoes your reservation. I needed help with the additional insurance and the support team took many messages back and forth to try and get a suitable answer.
