The car rental location in Hamburg is a bit hard to find; it seems the GPS might be slightly off. However, following the airport signs makes it easier to locate. The staff was very nice and upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz C-Class. During the trip, a stone hit the front windshield, causing a long crack. We immediately stopped by the Eu store in Oldenburg, where the staff wrote a proof that it wasn't our fault, and the issue was resolved smoothly in the end.

Good service attitude, the provided car model was different from the selected one, but it was a new car. If the car model is different, it's advisable to clarify the price details on the spot to avoid misunderstandings due to language barriers.

The service was excellent, and the car was provided quickly. The Audi A4 wagon was still new, with only 7200 kilometers driven. We drove over half of Germany and even went to Austria, covering more than 2300 kilometers in 6 days. We were reluctant to return the car.

I rented the car at Frankfurt Airport. The rental station was large and well-organized, with all the major companies together. Car rentals are very developed here.
