The car was slightly bigger than expected and in very good condition. Nice to drive. Counter staff were very helpful and got us on our way promptly.

Returned car around 3:30 am on 11/Jan, terminal C, MCO. No officer to receive the vehicle, dropped the key to the officer at the counter. Was charged today a total of 359 US$ although returned car on dull tank with no damage, yet the insurance has 0 excess deductible. Very hard to contact budget for the over charge incurred. Please advise.

We queued fir 2 hours to pick the car up which after an 8 + hour flight was terrible especially with children. Not enough staff and was a lengthy process. The server was polite but we ended up paying quite a bit extra after his successful suggestive selling of add ons. Also the car wasn’t in the bay we were told it was. It was a swift drop off which was a relief. I’m not sure I’d use the firm again solely on the terrible wait to pick the car up. Things we’re getting very heated in the queue.

I had reserved a convertible mustang but they did not have any convertibles. Then waited 30 mins to get alternative car.
