There were few reception staff, and additional charges were not disclosed beforehand. At Dollar, we requested a toll pass box but were charged $115 without prior notice. The first car they gave us had a hole in the front windshield, which was also not mentioned in advance. We had to drive back to the airport to exchange it, and they gave us a nice-looking blue car. However, possibly due to this, the rearview mirror cover was stolen. We reported it to the police, and it took an entire morning to sort it out. Fortunately, we had already purchased insurance.

Constant pressure to buy additional products, very annoying. Even after clearly refusing, I found various unexplained charges when returning the car and settling the bill. Renting an economy car at such a high daily rate is unreasonable! Bad review!

Returned the car two hours early but was charged an extra day, and I returned the car with a full tank but was charged for fuel. There was no staff present when I returned the car, and now they want me to provide evidence? They have surveillance to check when I drove into the return area, this is outrageous.

Los vehiculos no estaban del todo limpios, mi reserva era de una Mini Van y todas tenian algunas manchas, la mas limpia que conseguí tenia los cristales sucios,se la llevaron a limpiar y se tardaron una hora en entregarmela, todo lo demas ,excelente.

Excelente plataforma ,la primera vez que la utilizo y mi experiencia fue increible, donde mas economico conseguí pagar. Sin duda donde buscaré mis proximas reservas.
