The reserved vehicle was not available on site, and there were no options in the same price range. An additional payment was required to upgrade the vehicle.

I booked a Jeep Compass from Dollar at Orlando Airport, but upon arrival, I was informed that the Jeep Compass was unavailable. They offered similar cars, but none had enough trunk space for our three pieces of luggage. We had no choice but to pay an extra $215 to upgrade to a higher class vehicle. The service attitude at Dollar was terrible, as if I owed them money. The next day, I received a notification from my credit card company showing a charge of $477, and I have no idea what it was for. Now that I'm back home, I contacted Zuzuche customer service. They were very polite and promised to follow up via email. However, it's been five days with no response, so I can only wait.

Like: Our car hire from Dollar was processed quickly, efficiently and customer service was excellent. We were able to pick up our car and travel to our destination with no problems.
