Very good.

The service attitude was excellent, and the process of picking up and inspecting the vehicle was very quick. They provided a phone number for direct contact in case of issues. Overall, a very positive experience.

The car rental counter is very prominent and easy to find. The check-in process was quick, and they even guided us to the airport bus ticket office to check the schedule for trips to Laos. After picking up the car, we headed to Honglian Lake. The scenery along the way was stunning, but unfortunately, we couldn't upload a video. Highly recommend this car rental company to our friends. Udon Thani Airport branch in Thailand.

The staff at picked up location tried to add more insurance even I already purchased from easy rent car.
