The company provided excellent service, and the car was in great condition, making it a breeze to drive. When renting, we initially chose Sydney T2 Terminal as the drop-off location. On the return day, we arrived at T2, and the staff proactively asked if we were on a domestic or international flight. Upon learning it was an international flight, they immediately informed us that we could return the car directly at T1 Terminal (for international flights) and gave us the exact drop-off address. This was incredibly convenient, and we're very grateful.

Located in the city center, convenient for pick-up and drop-off. This time the car was a Mitsubishi SUV with only around 20,000 kilometers mileage, larger than expected, and easily accommodated two 30-inch and two 20-inch suitcases.

It's okay! But there's room for improvement.

The service exceed my expectation and we were given a new car with 100km mileage. Car is clean and model as booked. Service at counter is excellent.
