Even with the flight delay, customer service was helpful late at night. Great value for money.

The airport directions were very clear. After confirming the order, the car pickup location and contact information were clearly explained. The whole process of picking up the car was quick. A good rental experience overall. Due to communication issues, I couldn't return the car directly to the airport, but there was a free shuttle bus from the return point to the airport, which was very convenient.

Satisfied

Very difficult to find their location. Their airport shuttle involves walk to Hampton Inn then boarding their shuttle. I opted to Uber. When i arrived my car was not on the lot. It took about 20 minutes for it to show up. Several people piled out and a guy handed me the key. Would never use them again.

Thank you guys for the amazing experience with i8! I wish your company success and bring more beautiful cars for us! Happy Chinese New Year :)
