New Zealand has many mountain roads, the car has enough power, and the brakes are excellent.

Great car rental experience. The car model was more than sufficient for a solo trip. Handled rain and snow without any issues. Although the car was a bit old, it was totally adequate. Recommended.

Upon arrival at the airport, contacted the company by phone. They instructed us to wait at a specific location in the hall. In about 10 minutes, someone came with a sign to pick us up and took us to the car outside. We got to the rental point quickly, the car was new with low mileage and full insurance coverage. Staff were polite and professional.

The car was quite clean despite being a bit old and struggling uphill, but that's just the car's issue. Next time, I'll definitely rent a more powerful car!

The Jucy staff were friendly and helpful in organising to get the car after hours (due to delay at the airport). Pickup was really efficient. There were 2 downsides: (1) the car itself: it was a bit old and the air-conditioning didn't work. (2) the after hours drop off and keybox location wasn't clear.

Booking was a breeze. I needed some extra insurance and this was provided seamlessly by QEEQ. I later had to get some clarification on the insurance and this was provided by swiftly and efficiently QEEQ. Ten-out-of-ten!
