Excellent service! Since I often rent cars from EUROPCAR, I was given priority service after queuing. As it's a European Union-wide chain, my personal rental information was recognized immediately. The whole car rental process took less than five minutes. The car handover was quick, and the return inspection was very efficient too. During the recent Olympic period, the car's GPS provided real-time navigation information, which was fantastic. I rented a Hyundai, but due to unavailability, I was upgraded to an Audi that had only 2,000 kilometers on it.

Rented a car in Avignon, and it was exceptionally good. The car had 60,000 kilometers but was extremely smooth to drive, especially on the way to Sainte-Croix Lake. It performed excellently on the downhill roads back to Cannes, even with narrow and winding paths.

When I arrived, the line was very long, and I waited quite a while. The service lady's attitude wasn't very good, possibly because it was crowded and her English was poor. However, she did confirm if my luggage could fit into the rented convertible mini. So, there wasn't much to complain about. Returning the car was very convenient; as soon as I drove in, staff came up to guide and check the car's condition. The return process was smooth and quick!
