Pickup was quick, no upselling. Self-service return, very convenient.

The clerk suggested we switch from manual to automatic transmission at a cheaper price than online. We gladly changed to a Volvo.

The service is excellent! When we arrived, all documents were ready, making the car pickup very simple and fast. The vehicle is very new and performs well. When returning the car, we left the keys at the hotel reception next door as agreed, even though it was outside their working hours. The next day, Hertz called to confirm the return details, showing great credibility. The toll bill was sent via email later, very clear with no extra charges. Also, no need for a driver's license notarization.

When I initially booked the car, I mistakenly chose an electric vehicle. The staff was very helpful and informed us, assisting in making the change.

We were upgraded to a Volvo V60 diesel, which was great. The vehicle was new and very feature packed, and we loved our drive in Norway with this wonderful car. Many thanks to Hertz for this! However, we would suggest to Hertz ihat the personnel at the rental counter shoukd typically take a few minutes to take the customer to their assigned vehicle, and spend a few minutes with basic orientation. That allows customers to ask questions on the car, since we come from Asia, and some of our cars are different from the ones used in Europe.

The platform was great, very responsive, and the customer service was also very prompt!
