Very satisfied

QEEQ is a great company with excellent service. I've chosen them for my international trips over the past few years.

The service is very standardized, but during peak seasons the car model might not be the one you selected.

The staff was friendly and only asked if I wanted additional insurance, with no hidden charges. The car had only 8000 kilometers on it, and I picked it up through a self-service process after completing the paperwork. When returning the car, the elderly staff just took the car and said I could leave, mentioning they would inspect it and contact the credit card holder if there were any issues. I wonder if there will be any charges? Haha, I didn't go back to the office to ask. Hopefully not, I drove very carefully. ^_^

Picking up and dropping off the car at Frankfurt T1 was very convenient. Simple procedures. I rented a Passat wagon, but actually received a new Toyota diesel wagon. When returning the car, I noticed a small scratch on the trunk, but the staff generously said no need for compensation. Very satisfied.
