I have rented cars multiple times and have always been very satisfied.

Satisfied, not too crowded

The ALAMO store at San Francisco Airport was easy to find. Showing the printed order, translation document, driving license, and credit card allowed us to complete the process quickly. The staff recommended insurance for $5 per day, which covered glass damage, so we bought it. We took the order form to the parking lot, chose a white Mustang, and the key was inside the car. We started the car and drove off. Someone at the exit checked the order. It was very simple. Returning the car was also very straightforward. It was easy to find near Los Angeles Airport. The staff scanned the car's barcode and issued a receipt with a handheld device, which concluded the process efficiently.

Good service, quick return process! Highly recommend, I will use Alamo again next time.
