We had a minor collision on the highway in the UK and filled out the quick resolution form ourselves. We also called QEEQ's customer service, who said that as long as the car was still drivable, it was fine. We were quite anxious when returning the car, especially since it was a holiday and only a lot attendant was present. Fortunately, there were no issues afterward, much to our relief. We highly recommend purchasing super insurance and calling QEEQ customer service for guidance in case of an incident. They are more helpful than the insurance company's customer service!
When picking up the car, the staff provided practical suggestions for early pickup. The car was very functional, and the comprehensive insurance offered made our trip much more reassuring. Unfortunately, the cleanliness inside the car needs improvement. There was a strong odor (similar to vomit). Although it's a four-door nine-seater, only the front row windows are adjustable, and without the air conditioning, the air inside doesn't circulate. It's recommended to have staff nearby or accompany you during pickup, as we were initially unfamiliar with the car's operation and had to return to the pickup registration center to ask for help.
Hertz has always provided an upgraded car which is why my 1st preference is always Hertz while renting a car.
