All Good!

Reviewed: Tue, May 21, 2019
About Alamo: 9.3 /10
All good although an issue with accepting a UK Post Office MasterCard Credit card for the holding deposit. Refused to accept card and then had to provide another which was OK. Could not adequately explain what was wrong with the Post Office Credit Card.

Overall service was good, but I didn't understand why my global card didn't work there. It took more than an hour to sort it out before finally being able to take the car using another method. The car's condition was quite good.

Not bad. But they didn't proactively check for scratches on the car body when renting, only did it when returning. Luckily, I had taken photos beforehand as proof.

Like: I got an upgrade
Dislike: They charge extra money after handed the car without inform you me. Also I tried calling so many times no pick up.
