The rental location is near the airport, with a dedicated reception desk at the airport exit directing you to a shuttle bus for car pickup. The pickup location is spacious with many service staff who are very friendly. The paperwork is correct, and someone accompanies you to pick up the car and explains the usage precautions. The process is smooth and fast.

“Disappointing”

Our flight was delayed by a day so our original car wasn’t available and we were told only an upgrade was available costing $$$ over the original quote. Very disappointing as I rang QEEQ prior and was advised the same or smaller car would be available It cost me $700 extra over the original booking for 4 days hire !!!

We got stung by Europcar as booked car not available despite advice received from QEEQ rep it would be. We missed a day booking due to cancelled flights but no credit provided

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hire car was up to the standard I expected. It was a low mileage Hyundai Tucson and I found it clean and in excellent condition.

The platform is very easy to navigate. The car hire process is smooth and very reassuring. The platform stands up well in price comparison tests to other platforms. I have had zero issues using the Easyrentcars app.

Брал в субботу утром, очень много народу. Но работал персонал на ура. Хоть и заняло все чуть больше часа никакой обиды нет, действительно, все приперлись сразу и в одно время. Машина новая, чистая, без всяких проблем. Депозит, по сравнению с другими компаниями, маленький и вернули его через день после окончания аренды.
